Lose Bodyfat Without Calorie Counting

I used to count my calories and obsessively track my macros.

This went on for a couple of years before I realized that there was no way I would be able to sustain it.

And it wasn't that I didn't get results...

Admittedly, I had built a super healthy body that looked great, felt great, and was full of energy.

But I knew there was no way I could sustain my efforts.

I knew there had to be a better way.

So I obsessed over this concept of "simplified nutrition"

...and after a couple years I managed to figure it out

So I ran with it.

And today...More than 15 years later...

I have been able to maintain a high level of health, a low level of bodyfat (10% or less), and a high-performance lifestyle for every one of those years

That is not a typo

15 years of never counting a calorie or tracking a macro or weighing a food item.

Did I mention I also use ZERO supplements and I have never taken any hormone replacements?

There is a better way!

Imagine simplifying your nutrition and not having to obsess over the diet/nutrition mess that IS the marketplace today.
