After my SECOND diagnosis with cancer, I decided to completely change my life.

I made the decision to BE "The Healthiest MuthaFkr on the Planet"

It took almost 3 years for me to beat the cancer.

But I came out the other side in a great place.

And afterwards...I was left trying to figure out how to STAY healthy.

That was almost 17 years ago...
